General conditions
In compliance with the pre-contractual information duty for distance contracts established in Article 97 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, the following conditions are provided to the consumer regarding the purchase of services offered by our website www.campinganeto.com.
These conditions do not apply to clients who are not final consumers, who will be governed by the specific conditions between the parties.
- Minimum age to purchase on our online store. The services offered on our website can be contracted by individuals who meet these conditions: (a) being 18 years or older, (b) having the capacity to enter into a binding contract with us and that no applicable law prohibits this. The User guarantees that all information provided to CAMPING ANETO, S.L. is truthful, accurate, and complete, and agrees that it will always remain so.
- Price, availability, and quality of facilities and services offered on this website. 2.1. Price of services. The prices for rooms, bungalows, and other complementary accommodation services shown on this website include the applicable Value Added Tax (VAT) for accommodation services, which is 10%.
CAMPING ANETO, S.L. reserves the right to modify these prices at any time; however, reservations will be invoiced based on the rates in effect at the time the reservation is registered. CAMPING ANETO, S.L. reserves the right to reject any reservation from a customer with whom there is a dispute.
2.2 Availability and quality of the facilities. All data included in each room, plot, and/or its photograph is purely informational. Therefore, CAMPING ANETO, S.L. disclaims any responsibility for errors in this information, although it commits to taking all possible measures to correct such errors or omissions as soon as possible once informed of them.
CAMPING ANETO, S.L. updates the availability of all accommodations on the website; however, if a reservation is made for an unavailable accommodation, the customer will be informed by email or phone of the change or cancellation.
We reserve the right to limit reservations of our rooms or plots to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis.
We also reserve the right to limit the number of rooms or plots that can be reserved. All descriptions or prices are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion.
We do not guarantee that the assignment of a particular plot or room, nor the quality of the products, services, information, or other material contracted or obtained by you, will meet your expectations.
Check-in for accommodations is from 4:00 PM, and for plots, it is from 12:00 PM. Check-out from accommodations or plots must be before 12:00 PM.
Pets are not allowed in the hostel year-round nor in the rooms during peak season. Pets are allowed in plots and bungalows if indicated at the time of booking and the corresponding fee has been paid. In any case, specific pet regulations must be respected.
2.3 Deposits. If the customer brings a pet to the accommodation, a deposit of 50 EUR must be paid upon check-in to cover any damages during the stay. The deposit will be refunded on the last day of the stay after the accommodation is inspected by the cleaning team.
- Cancellation and modification policy. In accordance with Law 3/2014 of March 27, which amends the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws approved by Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, Article 103, section l), the right of withdrawal does not apply to accommodation services booked through our website. Therefore, cancellations and modifications will only be made under the terms specified in this cancellation and modification policy.
3.1 Cancellations
- If canceled 45 days or more in advance, a fee of 20 EUR will be charged for booking costs.
- If canceled between 45 and 15 days in advance, the customer will pay 10% of the booking deposit* plus 20 EUR for booking costs.
- If canceled between 15 and 5 days in advance, the customer will pay 25% of the booking deposit* plus 20 EUR for booking costs.
- If canceled 5 or fewer days in advance, the full amount paid (i.e., the booking deposit*) will be charged.
*The booking deposit is 40% of the total cost of the stay.
The customer will be informed of the applicable rates, cancellation conditions, and available payment methods at the time of booking.
• All cancellations must be requested by sending an email to info@campinganeto.com within the corresponding timeframes.
• CAMPING ANETO, S.L. will not accept cancellations outside the specified timeframes for each rate.
3.2 Modification of reservations • Modifications must be requested by email to info@campinganeto.com and will be made provided they do not inconvenience the campsite.
3.3 Refunds • CAMPING ANETO, S.L. does not offer refunds.
- Accuracy of billing information. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase information for all reservations made on our website. You also agree to promptly update your information, including your email address, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you when necessary.
- Website registration, error correction methods, and document access. When you provide us with your information, we store it on our secure server, and your personal data is included in our database, which is only used to process your reservation. You can modify your personal data whenever you make a reservation (change of address, phone number, etc.) by sending us an email at info@campinganeto.com.
If, after making the reservation, you wish to correct any information that you provided incorrectly, you can contact us by phone at 974 55 11 41 or by email at info@campinganeto.com. CAMPING ANETO S.L. reserves the right to correct any discrepancies in the rate calculated by the system. In this case, the campsite will notify the customer of the correct rate within a maximum of 48 hours. The customer may accept the change or cancel their reservation.
After completing a reservation, we will send you a confirmation email. The reservation confirmation is not valid as an invoice, only as proof of reservation.

Payment methods. Payment for reservations can be made in the following ways:
To book accommodation through our website, you must provide your bank card number, the cardholder’s name, and the expiration date.
Payment for the reservation is made via credit card. The transmission of your credit card details for payment and any other sensitive information is done through the secure payment gateway of Redsys.
The reservation amount will be charged to the customer’s bank account once confirmation of authorization is received from the payment centers. If the bank rejects the payment, the order will be automatically canceled. If the purchase was made by the customer and they require a charge cancellation, they must compensate CAMPING ANETO S.L. for any damages caused by the cancellation.
CAMPING ANETO S.L. will charge a 40% deposit to confirm the reservation.
The accepted payment methods for this deposit are credit card or bank transfer, in which case we will send the customer an email with the amount to be paid and the account number to make the transfer. The remaining balance must be paid at check-in, either in cash or by card, as preferred by the customer.
If you are near our facilities, we offer the possibility of paying for your reservation in person by credit card using a POS system or in cash.
